We can’t wait to get our hands on LA Eyeworks S/S 2011 Collection. Gai Gherardi and Barbara McReynolds, the geniuses behind the brand, have been working their magic again, and we’re counting the days until our shipment arrives.
Among the highlights of the collection is Quinn, a mixed-media cat eye. Gai and Barbara’s talent for color is legendary, and the forces in play in this frame are really exceptional. Perforated metal in candy-apple red is set in front of translucent purple acetate. The temples echo the duet of color and material, here side by side instead of front to back. Every element of this frame works together to create a piece that screams wow!
