Time For Change Chain

The Time for Change Chain is a collaboration between London-based Frame Chain, a maker of eyewear accessories, and Tarrence Lackran aka: theopticalpoet, director of partnerships and programming at The Vision Council.

The intent of the collaboration is to raise awareness toward a more diverse and inclusive society. 100% of profits will go to the Open Your Eyes scholarship fund, whose mission is to send high school students from predominantly black & brown communities to optician school.

The TFC chain is a double-strand design, consisting of a longer strand of shiny black glass Czech beads and a shorter Figaro chain made of matte black enamel lacquer. It features hand-strung beads, a metal brass base, details plated in 18k gold and matte black enamel plating. Detachable loops allow for versatile wearing options.
