Refund policy

Returns

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. After your return is approved, please ship the item back to us within 7 days. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all accessories and components. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a complimentary return.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: custom or made-to-order items (including prescription lenses), final sale items, and gift cards. Orders shipped to freight forwarding services are also ineligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return from within the U.S., contact us with your order number and reason for return. For international orders, use our Global-e returns portal, which will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

U.S. customers may request a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $16, deducted from your refund, or ship with your own trackable and insured carrier at your own expense. International return shipping options and costs are displayed in the returns portal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligible items may also be returned at any of our store locations for a full refund — please contact us in advance to arrange.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection for your refund to be processed; your financial institution may require additional time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

This policy applies to online purchases only. For items purchased in store, please contact the location of purchase directly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
