Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping — Free (Ground)
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via ground service.
Expedited Shipping — $20
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via 2-day service.
Overnight Shipping — $65
Orders must be placed before 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time ship the next business day.
All shipments require signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be selected at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving this confirmation.
Orders already in stock at your selected location are typically ready within 24 hours. If a transfer between locations is required, please allow up to 2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders may require additional processing time.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
Orders are held for 14 days from the date of pickup notification. Uncollected orders may be restocked and refunded in accordance with our return policy.
International Shipping
International sales — defined as orders shipped to a country outside of the United States — are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price at checkout. These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All international shipments are declared at the full purchase value. We do not mark shipments as gifts or declare a lower value.
International customers will receive an email requesting confirmation of this policy prior to shipment. Orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation is received.
Estimated delivery time is typically within 7 business days after shipment, not including customs processing. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.
If duties or taxes are refused or go unpaid and the shipment is returned or abandoned, no refund will be issued.
Orders shipped to freight forwarders are treated as international orders and follow the same policies.
Returned to Sender Shipments
We are not responsible for packages refused at delivery or left unclaimed.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order will be treated as a return.
Any originally provided free shipping will be waived, and the carrier’s return fee as well as the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
If you would like the order reshipped, a new shipping charge will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure delivery to a secure location.

We may ship orders using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination and service requirements.
