KIURV is an Italian eyewear brand grounded in design culture, craftsmanship, and a deliberate approach to making. Conceived as more than a functional object, each frame is treated as a considered piece of design, shaped by proportion, material, and detail.

The collection reflects a classic-contemporary design language informed by Italian industrial design of the 1960s and 1970s — from the forms of historic sports cars to the work of architects whose ideas helped define Italy’s international design identity. These references are translated into controlled lines, subtle curvature, and a careful relationship between aesthetics and engineering.

KIURV frames are produced in Italy using custom Japanese polymerized cellulose acetate, paired with precious-metal components crafted by artisan goldsmiths in Vicenza. Depending on the collection, construction may include thick acetate fronts, laminated temples, and monoblock hinges with multiple joints, all turned, engraved, and hand-polished, then plated in 24-karat gold. Decorative elements and structural details are treated with the same level of precision, ensuring consistency across both form and function.

Each frame is polished, assembled, and inspected individually, then engraved with a serial number, with production limited to small runs. This approach emphasizes material integrity, technical rigor, and longevity — frames designed to be worn over time rather than defined by season.
