We offer free shipping within the United States. In order to best serve you, we reserve the right to change shipping carriers at any time, although we usually use FedEx or UPS to ship eyewear within the US. When your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you placed an order but after some time have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your bulk mail folder. Expedited shipping is available for $20. Expedited shipping usually means 2nd day, but we reserve the right to use a different option that makes sense in order to get your glasses ASAP. If you’d like to request a certain carrier or a shipping option not listed on our site, please contact us before placing your order so that we can do our best to accommodate. Same-day delivery may be available in the Los Angeles area. A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been confirmed as delivered.
If you are located in another country and you would like to make a purchase on our site, and you aren’t able to select your destination during checkout, please send us a message. We can ship outside the US on a case-by-case basis. When purchasing internationally, the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes, should any be incurred during import.
