Shipping

Domestic Orders (USA)

  • Free Ground Shipping: Enjoy free ground shipping on all domestic orders! Orders are shipped within 5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: $20. Need it faster? Select this option at checkout for 2-day shipping. Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: $65. For the fastest delivery, we offer overnight shipping. Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

Signature Requirement: For added security, a signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Important Note: We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup

Convenient In-Store Pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout for a quick and flexible way to get your order. Here’s how it works:

  • Pickup Timing: If the item is already available at your chosen pickup location, it may be ready within hours. If a transfer is needed, please allow up to 2 business days for pickup.
  • Pickup Notification: We’ll notify you by email as soon as your item is ready, along with detailed pickup instructions.
  • Pickup Requirements: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your items.
  • Holding Period: We will hold your order for up to 7 days. If you need additional time, please contact us to make arrangements. Uncollected items after this period may be restocked.

Local pickup is a great way to save on shipping while enjoying in-store perks like professional fit adjustments, lens customization services, and quick returns if needed.

Returns

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, domestic orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Important: To qualify for a return, items must be in pristine condition—unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all components and accessories included.

Return Shipping Options

  • Return in Store: Bring your item to any of our store locations for a convenient in-person return.
  • Prepaid Label: We can provide a prepaid return label upon request for a flat fee of $16, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Use Your Own Carrier: You may also choose to return your item using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please note, returns must meet all conditions listed above. Items not in original condition or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable and Non-Cancelable Items

To ensure the best quality and satisfaction, some items are non-returnable and non-cancelable. These include:

  • Customized Eyewear: Any eyewear that has been specially tailored to meet individual specifications—such as prescription lenses, custom frame adjustments, or unique modifications—is considered customized and therefore non-returnable.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase, making them ineligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly labeled on our website.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales on gift cards are final.

Return Shipping Timeframe

After receiving return authorization, customers must ship the item back within 7 days. Returns sent after this period will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Late Returns: If the item is shipped after 7 days, we will issue store credit only instead of a refund. Returns sent more than 30 days after authorization will not be accepted and will be considered forfeited by the customer.
