We offer free Standard Shipping within the United States. Orders with Standard Shipment are shipped within 5 business days. Our default shipping service for delivering eyewear is FedEx ground or UPS ground, however in order to best serve you, we reserve the right to use a different carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is en route.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We process and ship out expedited packages within 1-2 business days. Our default service for Expedited Shipping is 2nd day, however we reserve the right to use a different option in order to get your glasses to you ASAP. If you’d like to request a certain carrier or a shipping option not listed on our site, please contact us before placing your order so that we can do our best to accommodate. Same-day delivery may be available in the Los Angeles area.
A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been confirmed as delivered.
Please note that as a signature is required for delivery we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
When purchasing from outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for paying any duties, customs or taxes, if any are incurred.
International shipments may not be cancelled or returned.
International Shipments will be shipped within 5 business days. Our default carrier for international shipping is DHL, however we reserve the right to use a different carrier. A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been confirmed as delivered.
Since international shipments may not be cancelled or returned, we strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing it to avoid any inconvenience. For domestic purchases (shipments delivered within the United States), you can return items purchased on dandeutschopticaloutlook.com for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Purchases delivered outside of the United States are not returnable. To be eligible for return, items must be in new and unworn condition. Make sure to send back all items that were included in the original shipment, including any brand boxes, cases, cleaning cloths, booklets, etc. Returns that have visible signs of wear or are missing components of the original order will not be accepted for return. We do not offer free shipping for returns. You may either 1) ship the item yourself using a carrier of your choice 2) request a return label from us or 3) drop off your item in person at one of our brick and mortar shops.
Using your own carrier
If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for making sure it arrives safely. Please return your item(s) with a trackable shipping method so we can make sure it gets to the right place. We highly recommend insuring your package.
Request a label
We are happy to provide you with a return label upon request. If you would like a return label, simply select this option with your return request. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know in the notes. To cover shipping costs, we charge $12 for a return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
In Person Returns
There is no fee to return your item in person. To expedite the process, please send us a message to let us know that you will be returning the item in store and at which location.
Eyewear that has been personalized in any way, including those that have been fitted with with custom prescription or non-prescription lenses, are not returnable. If there is something the matter with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
Due to the complexities of international import and export customs and duties, international orders are not returnable. Additionally, international orders may not be cancelled once tender to the shipping carrier. If there is something the matter with your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
In Store Purchases
